Here is a piece that has been heavy on my heart. After feeling a certain way about dance and witnessing a variety of things and emotions, I decided to question myself: While I have dance, what am I doing with it? Or better yet, what are WE doing with it? Are we cherishing it or taking it for granted?

I’m thankful to have such an amazing outlet.. allowing me to express and paint a picture of how I feel. When words aren’t within reach, I’m grateful to have DANCE to turn to :)
